Coolprotect is a sunscreen for fruit trees and vegetables that reduces damage from heat and water stress, preventing sunscald. It contains 95% kaolin with a small particle size and high reflectivity, a characteristic that prevents adverse effects on the plant without interfering with gas and water exchange at the stomatal level.
Coolprotect reduces the temperature of the leaf, allowing the stomatal opening to last longer, increasing photosynthesis.
