Summit Agro – Argentina

Summit Solidarity

“Summit Solidaria” was created in 2016 as a voluntary corporate program, as result of Summit Agro Argentina’s own collaborator’s initiative. The aim is to participate in communities through tangible actions to improve the quality of life of its people.

The initiative originated in an Annual Employee Meeting. In one of the team building games, some staff members built bicycles that were later donated to an NGO.

In line with this idea, we found that we could make a small contribution in each place where Summit Agro carries out its activities, taking advantage of our presence countrywide. Our people sought out an easy and practical way to help.

In every technical workshop held by our collaborators in different cities of Argentina, every attendee is requested to collaborate with non-perishable food to be donated to an institution in the area chosen in advance. Likewise, Summit contributes with food and cleaning products.

We have held more than 50 events under this methodology, and we continue working to see that number increase.

“Summit Solidaria” continues to grow, we have been working with our suppliers by donating computers to more than 22 rural schools, based on the idea that education is a key factor to build a better future.

We have implemented “Plan Navidar” by donating toys, food, and Christmas baskets together with 25 of our clients.

After everything we have been through in the past year, Summit Agro wanted to contribute by donating 5 nebulizers to Gral. Deheza Hospital and supplies such as alcohol, disposable gloves and masks to different national entities.

Summit Solidaria is all of us!
