MODE OF ACTION: Inhibition of cellular metabolism.
SITE OF ACTION: Inhibition of Acetolactate Synthase (ALS).
TOXICOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION: Class IV.

Category:

– It is a sulphonylurea that acts by inhibiting the enzyme Aceto lactate synthetase.
– Composed of Nicosulfuron 4% formulated as a ready-to-use (LPU) oily dispersion (OD).
– It is a selective, systemic herbicide for the control of annual and perennial grasses and some broadleaf weeds in maize.
– It is effective for early post-emergence control of Sorghum halepense.
– Application should be made on emerged and actively growing weeds.
– Foliar uptake is the main route of plant penetration.
– It is recommended for weed control in maize between V2 and V6. Before use, it should be taken into account that its application is only recommended on the materials listed in the list attached to the label.
– Packaging: 20 L box (4 drums of 5 L each).
